CARE

• Marble surfaces are naturally porous, and care must be taken to prevent stains, scratches or chips.
• Protect marble from liquids high in acids, such as wine, coffee, fruit juice and tomato sauce, which can result in stains.
• Place trays, protective mats, coasters or trivets under glasses, dishes and hot items to prevent ring marks and to protect the marble.
• Use protective mats or runners under hard or abrasive objects that may scratch the marble surface.
• Avoid using any chemical-based surface cleaners, abrasive cleaning products, dusting sprays and furniture polish, as they may damage the marble surface.
• Regularly dust with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth to remove loose surface particles that can scratch the marble surface.
• To clean, wipe the marble surface with soft cloth dampened in warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap; rinse and dry thoroughly with another clean cloth.
• Blot any spills and moisture immediately with a dry cloth, and then rinse and wipe dry with another clean, damp cloth.
• For Italian marble surfaces, we recommend resealing annually or as needed.
• Dust the base often using clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Blot spills and wipe immediately with clean, damp cloth.
• We do not recommend using chemical cleansers, abrasives or furniture polish on lacquered finish.
• Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check to make sure all connections are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.

Please allow 4 to 5 days for delivery. Larger sizes are delivered by our White Glove Delivery Service and should be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. For White Glove Delivery, items are brought into your home and placed in the room of your choice. Delivery is by appointment, Monday – Saturday; our delivery service will call to arrange a day. Shipping Rates

With Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items in your order can be delivered for a single flat rate.  The exact shipping charges are based on your shipping location and will be applied during checkout.

All items not shipped via unlimited flat-rate delivery fee will incur a shipping surcharge, but no additional delivery fees. All items not flagged by a shipping surcharge, are charged via our standard ship table. View Shipping Options and Charges.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned.

Made to Order items, including custom rugs, Monogrammed/Personalized items and Final Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
