USE

• Marble surfaces are naturally porous, and care must be taken to prevent stains, scratches and chips.
• Protect from liquids high in acids, such as wine, coffee, fruit juice and tomato sauce, which can result in stains.
• Blot spills and moisture immediately with dry cloth, then rinse and wipe dry with another clean, damp cloth.
• Place trays, protective mats, coasters or trivets under glasses, dishes and hot items to prevent ring marks and protect marble.
• Use protective mats or runners under hard or abrasive objects that may scratch surface.

CARE

• Avoid using chemical-based surface cleaners, abrasive cleaning products, dusting sprays and furniture polish as they may damage surface.
• Dust regularly with clean, soft, lint-free cloth to remove loose particles that can scratch surface.
• To clean, wipe surface with soft cloth dampened in warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap. Rinse and dry thoroughly with another clean cloth.
• For Italian marble surfaces, reseal annually or as needed.
• Wipe clean with soft dry or damp cloth.
• Dry thoroughly.
• Avoid using harsh cleaners and abrasives as they may damage finish.

Shipping Information

For select items we offer a choice of delivery service options for one flat rate. These items will be denoted as either eligible for white glove or doorstep delivery.

White Glove delivery service we will call you in advance to schedule a delivery time. We will bring your order to any room in your home, unpack, assemble, then remove packaging materials.

Doorstep delivery service is available for select items at a lower rate and does not require a delivery appointment. With Doorstep delivery you are responsible for bringing the item into your home, assembling and disposal of packaging. Doorstep Delivery is only available if all items in the cart are eligible for doorstep.

Shipping Rates

With Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items in your order can be delivered for a single flat rate.  The exact shipping charges are based on our shipping location and will be applied during checkout. View Shipping Options and Charges.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

For returns of items purchased from your Williams Sonoma Gift Registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later. View Full Returns Policy.
