- Winemaker Pete Seghesio learned the art of crafting salumi from his grandparents – Italian farmers who settled in Northern California's Sonoma Valley. Today, Seghesio's Journeyman Meat Co. celebrates the family heritage using classic Italian techniques and the abundance of the local area. The company's salumi are hand prepared using the finest slow-aged heritage pork, traditional recipes and innovative seasonings. Great for everything from charcuterie and antipasto platters to pizza and sandwiches, this collection includes six of the most popular flavors.

- ¡Holy Mole! Salame: Inspired by Mexican mole, this variety is made with local artisanal dark chocolate, dried local cherries and a hint of cinnamon. (6 oz./170.1g)
