Use & Care
Use
- Inner pot is compatible with electric and gas cooktops (not induction or oven safe).
Care
- Unplug and allow to cool completely before cleaning.
- Empty and rinse condensation collector after each use.
- Inner pot is dishwasher safe.
- To clean lid, remove all small parts. Hand-wash with hot water and mild dish soap. With steam release valve and anti-block shield removed, clean interior of steam release pipe to prevent clogging. After cleaning, store lid upside down on cooker base. Store sealing ring in well-ventilated area to disperse odors.
- To eliminate odors from sealing ring, add 1 cup water and 1 cup white vinegar to inner pot. Run Pressure Cook function for 5–10 minutes, then use Quick Steam Release.
- Wipe interior and condensation rim clean with damp cloth. Air-dry.
- Wipe exterior and control panel clean with barely damp soft cloth or sponge. Air-dry.
- Dry all surfaces thoroughly before storing.
