Use & Care

Use

• Wipe with damp cloth before first use.
• Do not place in refrigerator, microwave or dishwasher.

Care

• Wipe clean with soft, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
• Do not soak or submerge in water.
• Remove odors by rubbing with solution of table salt and half a lemon. Allow mixture to sit on tray for 2–3 minutes, then wipe clean with damp cloth. Remove excess moisture with dry paper towel. Allow to air-dry completely.
• Periodically rub with mineral oil or beeswax to prevent wood from drying out.
• Store in dry area away from extreme temperatures.
