Use & Care
Care
- Unplug before cleaning.
- Wash all detachable parts after each use in hot, soapy water.
- Wipe the exterior clean with a soft, damp cloth to remove stains.
- Gently wipe the warming plate; never use abrasive cleaners.
- Periodically descale to remove mineral deposits: fill water tank with water and descaler to the max level as indicated on water gauge (for details of water to descaler ratio, refer to brand instructions); place a cup under the brew basket and ensure the funnel is assembled in place; switch on the appliance and “brew” the de-scaling solution; after “brewing” one cup of solution, switch off the appliance and leave the solution for 15 minutes; repeat this one-cup brewing a second time, waiting for 15 minutes, then run until the tank is empty.
