Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Use low to medium heat for best performance. High heat is rarely needed.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F (lid is safe to 425°F).
Safe for use with metal utensils. However, we recommend using silicone or wood utensils to maintain appearance over time. - To prolong pan life, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oils (safflower oil, corn oil or refined olive oil). Do not allow oil to smoke or burn.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil, which may cause carbonized buildup.
- Do not use on grill or in air fryer, microwave or freezer.
Care
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing to preserve nonstick surface.
- Lid is dishwasher safe.
- Avoid using steel wool, abrasive scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn residue, use nylon scrubber and mild powdered cleanser.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
