    The classic French version of the bûche de Nöel – or yule log cake – is filled rather than rolled. Our curved pan makes it easy to prepare the holiday treat using the traditional technique. Place genoise in the pan, add the filling, top with a flat piece of genoise and chill.

    • Oven safe to 450°F.
    • Freezer safe.

    • After chilling, invert pan to release cake, then decorate.

    • Avoid using abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage surface.
