    FLAVOR PROFILE

    • London Cure Smoked Salmon, Gravadlax and Gin & Tonic Smoked Salmon

    WHY WE LOVE IT

    • Savor the finest salmon with three delicious delicacies from H. Forman & Son, a fourth-generation producer of world-class fish founded in London in 1905. Using Grade One salmon from Scottish lochs, the company prepares each variety within 48 hours of harvest for exceptional freshness. The hand-sliced London Cure Smoked Salmon, classic Swedish-style Gravadlax and cocktail-inspired Gin & Tonic Smoked Salmon are ideal for appetizer plates and sea-cuterie platters.

    Dimensions & More Info

    • London Cure Smoked Salmon: Prepared using Forman's century-old London Cure process, this silky hand-sliced salmon is delicately smoked with only rock salt for pure flavor and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
    • Gravadlax: Prepared in the traditional Swedish style, this thin-sliced salmon is marinated with dill, star anise, citrus, pepper and sugar to produce buttery texture and rich flavor.
    • Gin & Tonic Smoked Salmon: Inspired by Britain's signature cocktail, this thin-sliced salmon is rubbed with a paste of ground juniper berries, lemon zest, rock salt, white wine and a hint of sugar, then lightly smoked.
