Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven safe to 1,000°F.
- Prior to each use, apply thin layer of oil to cooking surface, then preheat slowly before adding ingredients.
Care
- Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush. Do not use soap or harsh detergents.
- Do not soak in water.
- Dry thoroughly with soft cloth. Do not air-dry.
- Apply small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while pan is still warm.
- Store in dry location.
