Our complete dinner includes:

    Cajun-Style Bone-in Smoked Turkey Breast: Infused with the company's signature Geaux Juice seasoning blend, dusted with Mr. Billy's Bayou Blend and slowly smoked over hickory wood for hours to yield moist, tender, and juicy results.

    Geaux Juice: A bottle of Billy Howell's original zesty Louisiana Cajun sauce, made from a secret recipe of spices blended with orange juice and a tangy alternative to traditional gravy.

    Cornbread Dressing: Prepared with tender, fluffy cornbread and seasoned with onion, garlic, celery seed and spices.

    Spinach Madeleine: A rich and creamy Southern favorite, made with spinach, Velveeta cheese, pickled jalapeños, spices and Worcestershire sauce.

    Seasoned Mashed Potatoes: Inspired by the ones Grandma serves, these fluffy mashed potatoes are enriched with margarine, milk, salt and pepper.

    Carrot Soufflé: A savory-sweet casserole featuring shredded carrots baked with eggs, butter, vanilla and cinnamon.
