WHY WE LOVE IT
- The Cajun Turkey Company has been making the most succulent Cajun turkeys since 1994. Billy Howell started the family business in his Louisiana garage, fueled by his secret Geaux Juice – a blend of zesty Cajun spices in an orange juice base. This bone-in turkey breast is bathed in Geaux Juice, then then marinated overnight before deep frying in peanut oil, yielding remarkably moist, tender and juicy meat with a delicately crispy finish.
