Summary

Over 100 years ago, Willem Bos started making tools for cheese farmers at his home near Gouda in the western Netherlands. Since then, family-owned Boska Holland has become the preeminent specialist in cheese tools. This set includes an oak cheeseboard and three knives for soft, firm and very firm cheese.

• Natural variations in the wood make each oak board unique.
• Hand-polished stainless-steel knives include one for soft cheese such as Brie and Taleggio, one for firm cheese like fresh Pecorino and one for very firm cheese such as aged Parmesan.
• Boska-stamped handle of board has a hole and leather loop for convenient hanging.
