    Summary

Enjoy your favorite Japanese dishes at home with this teppanyaki-inspired electric grill. Unlike American grilling, which relies on grates and open flames, teppanyaki employs a thick iron plate to cook everything from steak to vegetables while capturing all the rich umami flavor. This versatile machine from Balmuda features a triple-layer plate that ensures even heat and consistent cooking, plus four heat settings for a wide range of ingredients. Whether you're a novice or an experienced chef, the sleek, powerful grill makes it easy to sear Wagyu beef, create golden-brown crêpes and cook fried rice for friends and family.

    • Smooth, easy-to-clean steel surface is ideal for cooking everything from steak to crêpes.
    • Thick 2 1/2" (6.6mm) triple-layer plate ensures even heat and consistent cooking.
    • 4 heat settings from 320°F–430°F accommodate different ingredients and dishes.
    • Retains heat even when cold food is added, maintaining high performance.
    • Umami-rich juices stay on the plate – not lost through a grate – to boost flavor.
