Use & Care
Use
- To lock lid, turn lid handle so it is parallel with pot handles.
- To unlock lid, turn lid handle so it is perpendicular to pot handles.
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- Use potholders when removing pan from stove as handles may be hot.
- Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks as well as nylon, silicone, coated and wooden utensils. Do not use other types of metal utensils, such as forks or knives.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Allow to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pot as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
