Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven safe to 500°F (lid is safe to 350°F).
- Use plastic, nylon, silicone or wooden utensils to maintain nonstick surface.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for best results.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed or approx. every 5 years.
