    Use & Care

    Use

    • Before first use, hand-wash with warm, soapy water. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly.
    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Cook over low or medium heat. Do not use high heat unless boiling liquids.
    • Do not overheat empty cookware or cook fat (oil, butter, etc.) until it turns black.
    • Oven safe to 500°F (lid is oven safe to 350°F).
    • Do not use in broiler.
    • Use plastic, nylon, silicone or wooden utensils to avoid scratching nonstick surface.
    • Do not use nonstick cooking spray as it may reduce performance of nonstick surface over time.

    Care

    • Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
    • Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing with soap and sponge to maintain longevity.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • To remove stubborn food residue and stains on exterior, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
    • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
