To create this innovative stainless-steel food mill, All-Clad worked with professional chefs to develop a super-efficient tool that helps home chefs prepare a range of recipes. It purées and strains ingredients at the same time, producing a perfectly smooth, uniform texture. Three stainless-steel discs create fine, medium and course consistencies.
