Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools in nonstick fry pans to avoid scratching surface.
Care
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Hand-wash.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
- If desired, clean exterior copper ring with copper polish.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
