Summary
For more than 50 years, All-Clad has produced high-quality cookware that helps both home chefs and professionals create unforgettable meals. The company's G5™ Graphite Core series is its first collection made with graphite. Each pan features a graphite core, which is more conductive than copper at a fraction of the weight, making it easier to maneuver in the kitchen. Graphite preheats quickly with no hot spots for uniform browning and searing, and cools rapidly for fast cleanup. The innovative construction also includes aluminum and stainless steel for lightweight convenience. This versatile pan has a broad surface that's ideal for frying and sautéing, plus gently sloping sides that simplify turning and removing food.
- Features five bonded layers – graphite core is surrounded by aluminum with stainless-steel interior and brushed stainless-steel exterior.
