    • Features five bonded layers – graphite core is surrounded by aluminum with stainless-steel interior and brushed stainless-steel exterior.

    • Graphite is more conductive than copper at a fraction of the weight.

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
    • Long handles stay cool on stovetop but not in oven. Use care when removing pan from oven.
    • Do not leave pan unattended on stovetop or in oven.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
    • Hand-wash.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • To remove stubborn food residue and stains on exterior, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
