    Summary

Staub's innovative appliance turns its classic Dutch oven into a one-pot multicooker for set-and-forget braising, slow-cooking, roasting, steaming and slow-cooking. Just add your ingredients and choose your setting – the cooker takes care of the rest, then keeps food at the perfect serving temperature until it's time to eat. The cast-iron Dutch oven features Staub's innovative enamel coating, plus a heavy lid to seal in moisture – and it can be used on its own for traditional stovetop and oven cooking.

    • 4-Qt. Round Oven with Adapter Ring: Set includes induction base, silicone adapter ring, Staub 4-qt. round Dutch oven, insulating ring for keeping food warm on the table and black silicone trivet for stove-to-table cooking.

    • Slow cook on high, low or simmer setting.
    • "Keep warm" function ensures food is hot and ready to serve.
    • Ideal for preparing soups, stews, braised meats, fondue, grains, casseroles and much more.
    • Heavyweight enameled cast iron transfers and retains heat evenly.
    • Color selections feature multicoat enameling to create glossy, vibrantly colored "majolique" finish that resembles fine ceramics.
    • Matte Black selection features multicoat enameling with low-gloss matte finish.
    • Resistant to rust, chipping and cracking, the coating requires no additional seasoning like some other cast-iron pieces.
    • Specially formulated black matte interior enamel contains traces of quartz, giving it additional heat retention and textured surface that results in better browning.
    • Extra-heavy lid seals in moisture for tender, flavorful results.
    • Dozens of precisely placed bumps on lid's interior funnel evaporated juices directly back down on top of food for more even basting.
    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Dishwasher safe.
    • Commercial Grade: Thoughtfully designed and expertly engineered to meet rigorous standards and best practices from select commercial testing.
