• Dating back to the late 1800s, the Whiskey Sour is a classic American cocktail that evolved from the centuries-old tradition of combining citrus with fine spirits. Our signature mixer is based on the original recipe, deriving its sweet-tart character from tamarind and bright, tangy lemon. Combine the mixer with bourbon and ice, shake until chilled and strain into coupe glasses. Top each cocktail with a few dashes of Angostura bitters.

Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature or in refrigerator for up to 18 months. Refrigerate after opening.

Preparation Instructions

• In cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 1/2 part cocktail mixer and 1 1/2 parts Woodford Reserve® Bourbon, or more if desired.
• Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled and strain into coupe glass.
• Top with a few dashes of Angostura bitters or Woodford Reserve Aromatic Bitters, if desired, and serve.
