Casamigos Signature Margarita Cocktail Mix
Receiving Instructions
- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 months. For best results, enjoy shortly after opening.
Preparation Instructions
- In cocktail shaker, combine 2.5 oz. (75ml) cocktail mix and 1.5 oz. (45ml) Casamigos Reposado or Blanco Tequila. Add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain into rocks glass and add fresh ice cubes.
- Garnish with half-moon orange slice and serve.
- Makes 1 drink.
- For a more tequila-forward cocktail, use only 1.5 oz. (45ml) cocktail mix.
Casamigos Pink Himalayan Salt Cocktail Rimmer
Receiving Instructions
- Store at room temperature in cool, dry place for up to 5 years.
Preparation Instructions
- Moisten rim of glass with lime wedge, then dip glass in salt to coat rim.
- This is a natural product and will settle. Shake before using.
Williams Sonoma Tomatillo Chile Carnitas Braising Sauce
Receiving Instructions
- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 7 days.
- Product may separate. Shake well before using.
Preparation Instructions
- Season 4 lb. (2 kg) boneless pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
- If using slow cooker, cut pork into two equal pieces. In large fry pan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, warm 2 Tbs. oil. Brown pork on all sides.
- Slow cooker: Transfer pork to insert and add jar of braising sauce. Cover and cook on high until meat is fork-tender, 6–7 hours, turning meat once halfway through.
- Dutch oven: Transfer pork to pot and add jar of braising sauce and 1 cup (250ml) water, and bring to a simmer. Cover pot tightly with foil and place lid on top. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Transfer mixture to oven and cook until meat is fork-tender, 3–4 hours, turning meat once halfway through.
- Skim fat off sauce. Shred meat and serve.
