The modern, minimalist design of our olivewood board helps highlight its bold grain and unique color. Crafted in Italy of sustainably sourced hardwood, it makes a naturally beautiful backdrop for artisanal bread, fine cheeses and assorted charcuterie. We've paired the board with a set of cheese knives, each finely honed for impeccable service of an array of hard and soft cheeses.
- Board and knife handles are crafted of sustainably sourced Italian olivewood.
- Olivewood is naturally hard and makes an excellent cutting surface.
- Each knife has a specially designed stainless-steel blade: a forked blade for semi-soft cheeses, a curved, pointed blade for hard cheeses and a wide blade for semi-hard cheeses.
- Natural variations in the wood's color and grain pattern make each piece unique.
- Set includes a board and three knives, one of each style.

- Large Board: 18" diam., 1/2" thick; 22" long (including handle).

Use & Care
Care
- Hand-wash; dry thoroughly.
- Do not soak or submerge board in water. Occasionally rub with food-safe mineral oil to keep wood from drying out.
