CARE

• Dab spills immediately with a clean, colorfast towel in distilled water.
• Spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge, gently blotting to remove excess water, then air dry. For stains that can't be removed as such, professional cleaning is advised.
• For leather, never use detergents, polishes, or preservers as they can remove natural oils.
• To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend periodically fluffing cushions and vacuuming crevices.
• To prevent fading, keep fabric or leather out of direct sunlight.
• For leather, most surface scratches will fade over time if you rub them with your fingertips. Not all scratches have the same depth, and this may not work on deeper scratches.
• Thorough cleaning is recommended every 12 to 24 months. Do not wait for severe soiling. We recommend a professional in-home upholstery cleaning service.

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Return Policy

We cannot accept returns on open box, monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns of any food products, which are considered final sale items.
