CARE

• Weathering and color variation over time is natural for outdoor wooden furniture.
• Teak will age as the finish weathers and wood is exposed to the elements.
• Typical of outdoor wood, teak will gradually patina when exposed to weather.
• Imperfections such as hairline cracks may develop over time.
• Treat with a high-quality teak oil.
• Wipe up spills immediately with a clean, dry rag, carefully blotting to prevent staining.
• Avoid the use of harsh cleaners and abrasives.
• For spot-cleaning, spray off any debris with a low-pressure hose and brush off any dirt or debris with a soft-bristle brush.
• Clean periodically and always before storing, ensuring furniture is completely dry before storage. If left damp and not in direct sunlight, small areas of mildew may develop. This is easily removed with a solution of half a cup of laundry detergent and a quarter of a cup bleach in one gallon of water.
