Detail
Summary
If the stockpot is the king of the kitchen, the chef's pan is its queen. Taller than a frying pan but lower than a stockpot, with a wide opening and gently rounded sides, this stylish pan is as versatile as they come. Use it to simmer a rich tomato sauce then toss your pasta through it, gently stir creamy risottos with sophisticated flavors or craft nourishing veloutés with freshly picked vegetables – the elegant lid adorned with Minnie Mouse will make sure to keep the kitchen splash-free. Crafted of solid copper for superior heat conductivity, it's hammered for increased strength and lasting beauty, and tin-lined by hand over fire so it's naturally low-stick. The riveted handle is cast of solid bronze, and the lid is crowned by a solid bronze Minnie Mouse limited edition knob, designed to celebrate Disney 100 Years of Wonder. It's a collectors' piece you'll use on a daily basis to add a touch of magic and playfulness to every recipe.
