Koda 2 Pizza Oven

Use

• Designed for use with propane gas.
• Use stone for dry, bread-based ingredients. Cook meat, vegetables and other wet dishes in Ooni cast-iron pans (sold separately) or other high-temperature cookware.
• Stone is reversible – flip when cool for even wear.
• Turn off oven, then turn off gas supply before disconnecting regulator from tank.
• Allow oven to cool completely before moving or storing.

Care

• Allow oven to cool completely before cleaning. This can take up to 60 minutes, depending on ambient temperature. Do not use water to cool oven as this can cause damage and injury.
• To clean stainless-steel parts: Use Bar Keepers Friend Power Cream and rough side of sponge.
• To clean powder-coat parts: Use warm, soapy water and lint-free cloth.
• To clean stone: Use Ooni Pizza Oven Brush (sold separately) or other wire brush to clear any debris, excess flour or food. Interior heat will clean stone thoroughly. Do not use water or liquid cleaners on stone as this can cause cracking.
