Summary
Ooni created the world's first portable pellet pizza oven in 2012, quickly earning a devoted following and winning awards along the way. To expand their pizza ovens' cooking capabilities, they've designed a cast-iron cookware collection so you can also prepare meat, seafood, vegetables and more to perfection. The Dual-Sided Grizzler pan features a ridged surface for creating delectable grill marks on seared foods and reverses to a smooth griddle for cooking fried eggs, breakfast meats and more. The versatile skillet has a smooth cooking surface and tall, protective sides that make it easy to cook small vegetables, frittatas or one-dish meals. They each have a removable handle for safe transport to and from the oven, and a custom-sized beechwood board for oven-to-table serving.
