Safety has also been improved from top to bottom – the chimney baffle has a heat-resistant handle, and nonslip rubber feet provide enhanced stability. Compact enough to use on a balcony, the versatile oven burns wood, charcoal or propane gas (with optional burner attachment) to expertly cook everything from pizza to steak and seafood.

    Use & Care

    Use

    • Use with wood, charcoal or propane gas (requires Ooni gas burner attachment, sold separately).
    • After each use, allow oven to burn through any remaining wood or charcoal.
    • Use stone for dry, bread-based ingredients. Meat, vegetables and other wet dishes should be cooked in Ooni cast-iron pans (sold separately) or other high-temperature cookware.
    • Stone is reversible – flip when cool for even wear.
    • Do not use water to extinguish oven fire as it can cause damage and personal injury.
    • Allow oven to cool completely before moving or storing.

    Care

    • Allow oven to cool completely before cleaning.
    • To clean stainless-steel parts: Use Bar Keeper's Friend Power Cream and rough side of sponge.
    • To clean powder-coated parts: Use warm, soapy water and cloth.
    • To clean stone: Use Ooni Pizza Oven Brush (sold separately) or other wire brush to clear any debris, excess flour or food. Interior heat will clean stone thoroughly. Do not use water or liquid cleaners on stone as this can cause cracking.
    • To clean glass door: Use paper towel or dry cloth to remove soot. For more thorough cleaning, use warm, soapy water.
