- Chorizo is a favorite in Spanish kitchens, where cooks use the rich, smoky sausage in a wide range of local dishes. For an easy homemade version of the iconic Iberian sausage, we created this aromatic blend of smoked paprika, garlic, oregano and peppery spices. Prep is simple – just mix the seasoning with ground pork, shape it into patties and pan-fry. The versatile blend is also great on pork chops, ground chicken, potatoes and vegetables.

Use & Care
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Seasoning ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store at room temperature in cool, dark place for up to 18 months.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Generously sprinkle seasoning over ground pork and mix until well-combined. Let pork stand at room temperature, uncovered, for 30 minutes before cooking as desired. We recommend using 2–3 Tbs. of seasoning per 1 lb. (500g) of ground pork.

- Salt, smoked paprika, red pepper, oregano, red wine vinegar powder (maltodextrin, red wine vinegar [sulfites]), dehydrated garlic, paprika, chile peppers, silicon dioxide.
