WHY WE LOVE IT

• For nearly a century, five generations of the Pons family have produced some of Spain's finest organic extra-virgin olive oil. This variety is made using only early-harvest Arbequina olives from the family orchard in L'Albagés, at 1,500 feet above sea level. Cold-pressed on the farm, the young green olives create a distinctly fruity, robust oil with vibrant peppery notes. The versatile condiment is ideal for making vinaigrettes, soups and sauces, and is a delicious finishing touch for pasta, grilled meat and vegetables.
