- Kansas City Style: Sugar, salt, white distilled vinegar powder (maltodextrin, white distilled vinegar), dehydrated garlic, tomato powder (tomato, silicon dioxide), chili pepper, smoke-type flavor (organic sunflower oil, natural flavor), black pepper, citric acid, less than 2% silicon dioxide (to prevent caking).
- Memphis Style: Salt, sugar, dehydrated garlic, paprika (color), black pepper, coriander seed, mustard seed, cumin, celery seeds.
- Texas Style: Salt, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, chile pepper, cumin, smoked paprika (color, flavor), dehydrated red bell pepper, black pepper.
