    Preparation Instructions

    Garlic Parmesan & Herb Mashed Potato Seasoning

    • Cook 3 lb. peeled russet or Yukon Gold potatoes until tender, then rice or mash them. In medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine 1 2/3 cups half-and-half, 10 Tbs. unsalted butter and mashed potato seasoning. Heat until butter melts, then whisk until smooth, slightly thickened and simmering, approx. 2–3 minutes. Stir butter mixture along with kosher salt and pepper into potatoes. Let mixture stand for 2 minutes. Serve warm.

    Classic Turkey Gravy Base

    • In saucepan, combine one part gravy base with one part milk. Whisk over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a simmer. If desired, whisk in homemade stock, pan drippings or dry sherry to taste. Serve warm.
