    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven safe to 500°F.
    • Before first use, wash interior with care and dry thoroughly with kitchen towel or soft cloth.
    • Always cook over moderate heat, and never heat pan when empty.
    • High heat is not recommended. Start with medium heat and reduce to lower setting when food is added.
    • Do not use aerosol cooking spray oils on nonstick surface.

    Care

    • Hand-wash.
    • Allow pan to cool before washing.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
    • Stubborn food residue and stains on exterior can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser.
