    Dimensions & More Info

    • Petit Grès Champenois: Made at a small dairy in Champagne, this award-winning cow's milk cheese is enriched with crème fraîche. It's matured for 14 days to produce an ultra-creamy interior with a delicate tartness and a white rind that's embellished with a fern leaf. (5.3 oz.)
    • Chabichou: Beloved in France since the 16th century, this variety has an exceptionally velvety texture and the piquant tang of goat cheese. After 20 days of soft ripening, it emerges with a characteristic crinkly, tender rind and a creamy white center featuring a salty aroma. (5.3 oz.)
    • Comté: Also known as Gruyère de Comté, this cow's milk cheese is warmed in copper pots and cellar aged. It has a silky, pale-yellow interior featuring nutty, milky flavor with subtle notes of herbs and roasted nuts. (8 oz.)
