    Preparation Instructions

    Ingredients

    • Quick bread mix (included)
    • 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 eggs, room temperature
    • 1 cup (250ml) water, room temperature

    Directions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray 4" x 8" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
    • In large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs and water until combined. Using rubber spatula, fold in quick bread mix until just combined – do not overmix. Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and smooth top with spatula.
    • Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 50–55 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let quick bread cool for 15 minutes in pan on wire rack. Using parchment paper, remove quick bread from pan and serve warm, or let it cool completely on rack.
    • Serve warm or at room temperature.
    • Test Kitchen Tip: Mix 1/2–3/4 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts (or both) into batter before baking. For chocolatey quick bread, mix 1/2–3/4 cup of chocolate chips into batter before baking. Prepare as directed above.

    • Sugar, all-purpose flour (bleached [or unbleached] wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cornstarch, pumpkin, buttermilk (cultured sweet cream churned buttermilk, sweet dairy whey, lactic acid), ground cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves.
    • This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, peanuts, soy, sesame, tree nuts (pecans).
