Use & Care

Use

• To keep boards in optimal condition, apply food-safe mineral oil twice per month.
• Allow oil to be absorbed for at least 6 hours. For best results, leave on overnight.
• After oil has been absorbed, wipe off any excess using clean, dry cloth.
• Avoid contact with cooking oils such as olive oil and canola oil.

Care

• Hand-wash with hot, soapy water.
• Dry thoroughly.
• Do not soak or submerge in water.
• Do not clean in dishwasher.
• Periodically rub with food-safe mineral oil to keep wood from drying out.
• Dry completely before storing.
