Use

• Before first use, clean all parts and run Automatic Steam Clean cycle.
• When steaming, fill water tank to max. line and ensure it's properly positioned in machine.
• Set machine to 175°F (80°C) to keep food warm after cooking for up to 30 minutes.
• Always use machine on heat-resistant flat surface.
• Keep machine at least 8" away from walls or appliances due to hot steam.

Care

• Unplug machine and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Pans and baskets are dishwasher safe.
• Wipe interior, exterior, heating element and water tank area clean with soft, non-abrasive cloth.
• Avoid using harsh cleaners and metal scrubbers.
• Do not use vinegar-based and acidic descalers, which can damage system.
• Use Automatic Steam Clean cycle to dissolve grease on large drawer pan and heating element.
• Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing.
• Use descaling function after every 10 hours of steaming to clean system, prevent clogs and extend life.
