• Do not microwave.
• Do not place hot cookware on board.

Care

• Hand-wash with warm, soapy water.
• Dry thoroughly.
• Do not clean in dishwasher.
• Do not soak or submerge board in water.
• Apply wood conditioner once a week or any time board feels dry. Use lint-free cloth and be sure to condition all surfaces – including edges and ends.
• If grain becomes raised and feels rough, buff lightly with 220-grit sandpaper to smooth it. Apply wood conditioner after sanding.
