Use & Care

Use

• Do not use without crisper plate inserted in air fry basket.
• Use light coating of cooking spray or drizzle of oil to enhance browning.
• Do not overload air fry basket; more surface area will result in faster cooking and better results.
• Use tongs or silicone spatula to remove food from basket.
• Use Toss Reminder when cooking large quantities that overlap and large ingredients like chicken cutlets.
• When cooking protein, marinades and juices will drip into bottom of basket. Use liquids to make gravy or pan sauce, if desired.
• When air frying high-fat food such as bacon, grease will drain into bottom of basket. Allow hot grease to cool before cleaning.
• When cooking salmon and skin-on chicken, lightly coat with oil on the side touching crisper plate.

Care

• Air-fry basket and crisper plate are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing in hot, sudsy water with soft sponge to ensure longevity of nonstick coating.
• Avoid using abrasive scrubbers as they can damage nonstick coating.
