RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. Once opened, enjoy within 6 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 cup mix
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbs. vegetable oil or butter

Directions

• Whisk together milk, egg and oil (or butter) in medium bowl. Add pancake mix and blend. Do not overmix – a few lumps are acceptable. If batter is too thick, add 1 tsp. of milk at a time until desired consistency is reached. Let batter rest for 15 minutes.
• Preheat skillet over medium-high heat and grease lightly with unsalted butter. When water droplets dance on surface of skillet, it is ready.
• Ladle approx. 1/4 cup of batter onto heated skillet. When bubbles appear on top, flip pancake and cook until done.
