Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Cake mix (included)
• 2 eggs plus 2 egg whites, room temperature
• 3/4 cup milk, room temperature
• 14 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled

Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 350°F.

Grease cake pan(s) with baking spray or line cupcake pan with liners.

Whisk together eggs, egg whites, milk and butter in large bowl until smooth. Add cake mix and whisk until smooth.

Transfer batter to prepared pan(s) and bake according to chart below. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Let cake cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely. Decorate as desired.

Cooking Time

• 8" diam.: 30–33 minutes.
• 9" diam.: 27–30 minutes.
• 9" x 13": 30–32 minutes.
• Cupcakes: 20–22 minutes.

• Begin checking cake at start of cooking time range listed to make sure it does not overbake.
• Cake layers can be made 2 days before serving. Once cooled completely, cover cake layers tightly in plastic wrap and store at room temperature.
