CARE
- Dab spills immediately with a clean, colorfast towel in distilled water.
- Spot-clean with a damp cloth or sponge, gently blotting to remove excess water, then air-dry. For stains that can’t be removed as such, professional cleaning is advised.
- For leather, never use detergents, polishes, or preservers as they can remove natural oils.
- To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend periodically fluffing cushions and vacuuming crevices.
- To prevent fading, keep fabric or leather out of direct sunlight.
- For leather, most surface scratches will fade over time if you rub them with your fingertips. Not all scratches have the same depth, and this may not work on deeper scratches.
- Thorough cleaning is recommended every 12–24 months. Do not wait for severe soiling. We recommend a professional in-home upholstery cleaning service.

Shipping Information
For select items we offer a choice of delivery service options for one flat rate. These items will be denoted as either eligible for white glove or doorstep delivery.White Glove delivery service we will call you in advance to schedule a delivery time. We will bring your order to any room in your home, unpack, assemble, then remove packaging materials.
Doorstep delivery service is available for select items at a lower rate and does not require a delivery appointment. With Doorstep delivery you are responsible for bringing the item into your home, assembling and disposal of packaging. Doorstep Delivery is only available if all items in the cart are eligible for doorstep.Shipping Rates
All items not shipped via unlimited flat-rate delivery fee will incur a shipping surcharge, but no additional delivery fees. View Shipping Options and Charges.
With Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items in your order can be delivered for a single flat rate. The exact shipping charges, are based on your shipping location and will be applied during checkout.
Oversized, very heavy items that ship unlimited flat rate will also incur a delivery surcharge. This additional charge is listed with the product price on the product detail page and also in the shopping cart.
Return Policy
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned.
Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
For returns of items purchased from your Williams Sonoma Gift Registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later. View Full Returns Policy.
