Use & Care
Receiving Instructions
- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.
- Product may separate. Shake well before use.
Preparation Instructions
- Season 4-lb. (2-kg) chicken, cut into 8 serving pieces, with salt and pepper.
- In Dutch oven or deep sauté pan over medium heat, warm 3 Tbs. oil. Working in batches, brown chicken on all sides, adding more oil to pan as needed.
- Transfer chicken to platter. Pour off excess oil from pan.
- Return chicken to pan and add Chicken Cacciatore Braising Sauce.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Uncover pan and continue cooking until chicken is cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes more.
- Serves 4.
