    Receiving Instructions

    • Store unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.
    • Product may separate. Shake well before use.

    Preparation Instructions

    • Season 4-lb. (2-kg) chicken, cut into 8 serving pieces, with salt and pepper.
    • In Dutch oven or deep sauté pan over medium heat, warm 3 Tbs. oil. Working in batches, brown chicken on all sides, adding more oil to pan as needed.
    • Transfer chicken to platter. Pour off excess oil from pan.
    • Return chicken to pan and add Chicken Cacciatore Braising Sauce.
    • Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
    • Uncover pan and continue cooking until chicken is cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes more.
    • Serves 4.
