Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

Preparation Instructions

• 1 package ice cream starter
• 1 1/4 cups whole milk
• 1 3/4 cups cold heavy cream

In saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together ice cream starter and milk until starter has dissolved. Transfer mixture to bowl and let cool, stirring occasionally, until no longer steaming (approx. 15 minutes).

Stir in cream, cover and refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour and up to overnight.

Transfer mixture to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

Transfer ice cream to chilled container, cover and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours or up to 3 days before serving.
