RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 package quick bread mix (included)
• 6 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 2 eggs
• 3 very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
• 2 Tbs. water

Directions

• Note: if bananas aren't very ripe, peel them and place on baking sheet. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Bake until blackened and soft, approx. 20–30 minutes. Let cool, then use as directed.
• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 8" x 4" (20cm x 10cm) loaf pan.
• In bowl with wooden spoon, or in bowl of electric mixer fitted with flat beater on medium speed, combine butter, eggs and bananas. Add quick bread mix, then slowly add water and mix until combined.
• Pour batter in prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, approx. 50–55 minutes.
• Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes, then turn loaf out onto rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
