Use & Care
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Ingredients
- 1 packet muffin mix (included)
- 1 stick plus 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Line 12-well muffin pan with paper liners.
- Pour mix in bowl of stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Add butter and beat until combined. Add eggs and milk.
- Beat just to combine. Whisk out any dry mix.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups approx. 1/4–1/2 full. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until toothpick inserted in middle of muffin comes out clean. Place on wire rack and allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes.
