    Use & Care

    RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

    • Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
    • Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 18 months. Once opened, store at room temperature and enjoy within 3 months.

    PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    • Ingredients
    • 16 Tbs. (2 sticks/250g) unsalted butter, room temperature
    • Cookie mix (included)
    • 1 egg
    • Directions
    • Preheat oven to 400°F.
    • Using electric mixer, beat butter on medium speed until smooth. Add cookie mix and beat, scraping down sides of bowl as necessary, until mixture is crumbly, approx. 2 minutes. Add egg and beat until dough forms into a ball, approx. 1–2 minutes.
    • Transfer dough to cookie press and press cookies onto unlined baking sheets at least 1" (2.5cm) apart or according to manufacturer's instructions. If dough is too soft, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before forming cookies.
    • Bake cookies until edges are lightly browned, approx. 6–8 minutes.
    • Transfer to wire rack and let cool.
